Here in Hayward we have the HAYWARD MOBILEHOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION, Inc., An organization comprised of mobilehome residents who live within one of our 9 Hayward parks. The H.M.O.A. officers are elected by us and all the positions are volunteer. They work closely with Hayward’s city officials who are instrumental in protecting your rights with an ordinance No. 96-09, City of Hayward Mobilehome Space Rent Stabilization.
We have five meetings a year and we notify all residents of the time and place. Membership is $5.00 per household per year, from January thru December. Please join and keep our membership strong and united.
We also have a LEGAL FUND, available to Hayward parks that need assistance. Any remittance over the $5 membership will go into this fund.
